MADO umbrellas
One of the main associations, which appears in our mind, when we speak about Japan – is Samurai. We draw in our mind a warrior, who is training in the Sun Rays, he is waving with his sword.
Till nowadays we are impressed how skillfully a Samurai wield his sword. In past and in our days Japanese society honors the medieval warriors, Japanese held special holidays in order to honor the warriors and to remind about Samurai history. As in past this holidays are mostly oriented on young generation, the idea is to give boys upbringing base on Samurai traditions and year by year to remind about the past of Samurai culture.
Although officially Samurai was abrogated in the second half of the 19th century, but in real life the Japanese society breathes by many principles of the military class of past centuries.
The sword had the biggest value for a Samurai.
From the ancient times the sword is considered to be the sacred weapon . Japanese believed that it was the present of “The Sun Goddess” to her grandson whom she sent to rule the land and manage with this sword the cause of justice, to eradicate evil and to protect the weak.
With the honor to the centuries old traditions MADO company would like to take care about our friends and to give them umbrella as a present. We do hope that in nasty weather this umbrella like the Samurai's true sword would protect you from rain and bad weather. The umbrella is originally designed and would remind you the sword of Samurai. There is MADO logo on umbrella and its cover.
